Mondays:
0615-0700 Capitol Run
0700-0800 Strength/Endurance/Mobility (SEM) Training

Tuesdays:
1600-1700 Running/Endurance Training

Wednesdays:
0700-0800 Strength/Endurance/Mobility (SEM) Training

Thursdays:
1600-1700 Running/Endurance Training

Fridays:
0615-0700 Yoga
0700-0800 Strength/Endurance/Mobility (SEM) Training
