The end of my kettlebell circuit. Kettlebell swing, deadlift and sumo squat 4x10. I add the band for a little more resistance. Make sure you keep your chest up, shoulders back, core tight and squeeze your glutes at the top of each movement. Grab a KB and have at it!!
