DC Armoury-Arsenal America The "Capital of Arsenal America" based in Washington, DC. Franklin Hall is ours. All Gooners welcome. Not the building in Southeast, but just as solid.

Franklin Hall is located at 1348 Florida Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20009. U Street-Cardozo Metro station, served by the Green line, is about three blocks away, and there is frequent access via Metrobus.

With Cassandra Ransome’s departure, we wanted to introduce our new and growing board of directors. 

Our new vice-president is a mainstay of our group, DIANNA OWEN. Along with Cassandra, she was instrumental in our move to Franklin Hall in 2024. As our events manager, she has helped arrange some of our highest-profile events, including the 2024 Arsenal Women tour, our live event with the ArsenalVision podcast, and our 2025 holiday charity raffle. Dianna was the natural choice to succeed Cassandra, and will help us grow even further in the coming seasons.

JOSHUA VAUGHAN and MARIO MORETTO remain as Board President and Communications Manager, respectively. Finally, we have added two new faces, both longtime DCA regulars; our new Events Manager, CASEY FRARY, and our new Capo/Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, CHRIS JONES. 

The entire board is excited to keep growing and supporting DC Armoury in the ‘26-’27 season!

THIS IS A FRANKLIN HALL STAFF APPRECIATION POST:

The end of our season included two of the biggest matches in our group’s history, which brought out Gooners by the truckload. We want to thank everyone who came out both to celebrate our victorious Premier League campaign, and to cheer on the lads in our first-ever Champions League final as a supporters’ club. Wherever you came from, we hope you felt at home with DC Armoury and Franklin Hall.

We want to thank the tireless, professional and friendly staff at Franklin Hall for taking care of us not only at the end of the season, but all year long. From the bouncers to bartenders, kitchen staff and management, your contributions to DC Armoury have been integral to our watch parties becoming (in our humble opinion) the best parties in DC on any given weekend.

Thank you all, from the bottom of our red and white hearts.

THIS IS A CASSANDRA RANSOME APPRECIATION POST.

Our longtime VP, , made the decision at the end of this season to step down from the Board after 11 years. She has been the driving force in our group since 2015, and her tireless work and counsel have brought us to where we are today: one of the largest and most prominent branches in Arsenal America — not to mention by far the best SG in DC. If you’ve met Josh, our president, you’ll have heard him call her his “consigliere,” his right-hand woman. She’s more than justified that title. The entire board will miss her, but she has certainly earned her retirement. And lucky for us, she’s still planning to be at , singling loud and proud for the Arsenal.

Fresh off winning the Prem, Arsenal goes for the double in Budapest! Doors open at 9am at Franklin Hall. We expect to reach capacity WELL before kickoff at Noon. Show up early or risk being left out.

A Note on Opposition Supporters:

Franklin Hall is an official bar partner of DC Armoury and Arsenal America. We ask attending Gooners to not invite their PSG-supporting friends, and ask other PSG supporters to not take up limited spots available to Gooners in the DMV. Lots of other bars will have the match on.

We expect a big crowd Sunday at Franklin Hall for Arsenal’s coronation. Here’s what you need to know:

When should I show up?

Doors open at 9AM and supporters are encouraged to show up as early as possible, as we expect to hit capacity. If you’re debating whether you can afford to sleep a little later and risk it, well … we wouldn’t advise it.

Anything special happening?

Other than the watch party and the time of your life celebrating our first title in 22 years? We’ll have a DJ, raffle, and more surprises in store. You won’t want to miss out.

Can I bring a friend who supports another club?

We sincerely request you do not. This is no normal matchday. At capacity, every fan of another club is taking a spot for the trophy match that could be taken up by a Gooner. We want to fit as many Arsenal supporters as we can.

What should I do if Franklin Hall is at capacity?

You have options! Lucy Bar, Gold Clover, Easy Tiger and Dukes-Foggy Bottom will all be showing the match. You’ll be in great company. Follow us on social media for updates on capacity as the morning goes on.
