Calling all instructors yoga and fitness alike! You don't want to miss our Level 1 Fusion Training happening this Spring, May1st-May3rd. This 25hr module is designed to teach you the foundations of creating and sequencing fusion style classes. All details up online and a peak at the schedule below 👇

You're invited to explore dance as a healing arts practice and deepen your connection with yourself and others through movement!

What is Contact Beyond Contact? A holistic dance and healing practice weaving movement, mindfulness, and group sharing into one embodied experience. Learn more about the practice at https://unityspace.org.

What will happen in this experience? We will begin with an opening circle, followed by a slow, somatic arrival to help you land in your body and in the space. We'll then flow into solo, partner, and group improvisational movement. Along the way, we'll pause and hold space to reflect and integrate as a group.

No dance experience needed!

Side effects may include: spontaneous joy, emotional release, and feelings of oneness. $30

This workshop is an opportunity to slow down and reconnect — with your breath, your body and see what it feels like to truly be present. Through simple breathwork, intentional movement, moments of stillness and somatic/subtle body awareness, we’ll explore how tuning in can shift the way we move through life — both on and off the mat.
