Project Fitness focuses on three Fitness Targets: Cardio, Flexibility, Strength. The Project Fitness International method is broken down into 3 different zones of training which makes it the perfect plan for you, whether you need to shed pounds or get the sculpted body you've been dreaming about. Level two - Body weight movements that target specific muscle groups while performing more rigorous stretching
Level three - You will perform similar movements with weight more quickly while targeting isolated muscle groups with a focus on reps and sets.
