How his picture sums up my 2024 fitness journey:

I bought the pants I’m wearing in this photo back in Dec 2023. I unable to button them… This was the second time in my life I actually hated my body. I didn’t realize how bad I had gotten. My life as a fitness professional made working out and eating well so easy! While I was barely doing anything for my health in 2023, I realized I wasn’t taking care of myself for myself; I was doing it for my job as a Personal Trainer. 2024 is the year I took back control of my health for me. I took it very slow this year to ensure I didn’t burn myself out and actually enjoyed my journey back into fitness. Dec 2024, I put the same pants back on. Safe to say I danced all night and had to frequently pull them up😂

2023 was a year of confusion, feeling lost, inconsistency, and doubt. 2024 has been the year of rediscovery and redemption. 2025 I will be going to war and making big moves!

I feel like we hear this way too often, but I will always stand by it. Sometimes I look at myself and am still surprised to have so many accomplishments I thought were impossible! Can’t wait to continue doing the impossible!

The BEST GRAD TRIP EVER!!

Now that I had a chance to recharge. It’s time to start working towards my new goals and continue living this adult life😊

P.S. this was my second time in Dubai. 20/10 recommend every time. Already planning the next time I’ll go again lol

Some people think I failed at personal training and switched into nursing… well if you’re one of those people, you’re WRONG!

Best believe I will be coming out with 2 degrees and pursuing two careers I love🙌🏾 I’ve got be plans happening come May 2022!

The only time you fail at something is if you didn’t have your heart in it, weren’t willing to put in the work, and/or gave up. I have done neither of those. I have sacrificed many things, but I continue to push everyday.

Never say never!
