District Impact Skating Club End of the Season Celebration & Membership Drive. The District Impact Skating Club (DISC) is having a get-together to honor its Volunteers, Coaches and Members on Saturday, June 26th from 12p-2p at The Pavillion - The Fields @ RFK, 401 Oklahoma Avenue NE.

Please join us if you can. Tickets are available via Eventbrite: https://tinyurl.com/YPNJD3RT. A portion of the proceeds will go directly towards scholarships for the skaters of District Synchro, through the non-profit and public charity, District Impact Skating Club, a 501(c)(3).

Last Tuesday, I participated in a conversation on Diversity in Skating with my skaters from the rink! It was a beautiful and fulfilling💖

Representation Matters! Representation is Important!

I had the pleasure of being interviewed by ABC 7 News - WJLA about skating as a minority Friends of Fort Dupont Ice Arena ! It was a great experience.
