🌟 Come take “Off the Pole Inversions” with Daphna on Friday, September 25th!

‼️What you’ll do:
• Develop strength and confidence in hand balancing
• Practice drills to refine your inversion technique and control
• Handstand conditioning, including core and flexibility training
• Acrobatic floor and pole work
• and more!

This class is open to everyone, so no headstand or handstand experience is required! 🙌🏽

🌟Everyone please welcome our August Instructor Feature, Brittany! 🌟🔥

Brittany has been pole dancing since 2020 (or 2018, counting her first class ever), and moved all over the U.S. before settling in the DMV area.

She remembers the first class she ever taught well - nervous, then excited to share her love for pole with her students. Any other instructors relate? 👀

She hopes that through her class, students can feel more connected with themselves and grounded in their bodies 💙
