🌟Everyone say hi to our May Featured Artist of the Month … AC!🌟

AC is an incredible pole dancer and instructor, and the founder of Pole Rage Fitness, a strength and conditioning platform specifically created to help you get stronger for pole 🔥

And ICYMI: will be teaching TWO exciting workshops at Pole Pressure on Sunday, May 31!

Make sure to keep an eye out for her next Artist Highlight to hear more about the workshops and why you should sign up 👀 ✨ 

Join AC at 1:45pm for Spin Pole: Combos and Transitions, where you’ll learn how to move with more control and intention, seamlessly connecting movements and creating combos 💙

Then at 3:30pm, AC will be teaching “Pole Straps: First Flight,” where you’ll have a chance to experience a completely different connection to your body.

You’ll work on controlling your movement for intentional and effortless spins and transitions, and walk away with a newfound sense of confidence 🔥

Welcome to part 2 of “I Am Pole: Legends & Legacy” with Michelle Stanek! 💙🔥

After 2-3 years of taking casual pole classes after work, a major life change led Michelle to start teaching pole at Crunch. The more time she spent in the studio dancing, the more serious she got about pole.

Then in 2010, Michelle entered and WON her first competition! 🙂‍↕️🙌🏽

After that first win, Michelle began a streak. She won competition after competition and then finally, the routine that truly changed her life and made pole a career came along: USPDF 2012 🌟

The wait is over! Welcome to “I Am Pole: Legends & Legacy” with the one and only Michelle Stanek 🔥🙌🏽

Michelle took her first pole class in 2006 at a Crunch Fitness. The class took place in the group fitness studio, had 4 people to a pole, and Dry Hands wasn’t even a thought, so it’s not a surprise that it was a crazy, loud, and sweaty. Most importantly though, it was fun! 🤩

Welcome back to How-To Tuesday! 🌟

This week we cover the Butterfly, an OG pole move and a foundational invert that is usually key to helping you level up!

Safety note: If you’re not comfortable with your invert, Chopper, Crucifix, and Jasmine, this might be a little above your level right now, and that’s okay!

Work on those moves first, and once you have them down, revisit the Butterfly ✨
