My client has displayed so much courage, discipline, and attention to detail in following his workout plan, diet/meal plan, and actively working towards perfecting his lifestyle to promote better balance with eating, drinking, sleeping, and recover habits. His overall awareness level has increased, that coupled with a structured, detailed, workout plan and meal plan has carried him to his goals.

When we first started training together Chris was very eager to grow and put the effort into living a healthier lifestyle. As you can see, under my coaching Chris has not only built a great foundation for his physique to continue to transform, he’s also built the proper applicative knowledge and lifestyle changes based around balance, self care, self love, and self discipline. Along this journey, Chris has been intentional about putting the time and effort in to see the changes he desired, never shying away from any of the challenges that were presented along the way! I am happy to see him walk in his successes in every day! Congrats Chris and keep killing the game 🙏🏾
