Cougars Competitive Cheer Celebrating 28 years of Cheerleading Excellence in Washington, DC for ages 3-18 offering levels 1-4

The Cougars Competitive Cheerleading Program Association is a competitive recreational cheerleading program designed for young girls and boys ranging in age 4-18 years. In addition to mastering the art of cheerleading, the girls are encouraged to believe in themselves and fulfill their dreams of one day becoming doctors, engineers, lawyers, and professional women. The girls participate in various

community initiatives, including the ‘Just Us Girls’ program which helps young girls develop positive self-esteem and a skill-base that fosters positive relationships.

It was so good to see our Cougar family showing out on the stage in Richmond.

Moments like yesterday remind us of the legacy we’ve built together. We’ve trained point flyers, center dancers, powerhouse tumblers, Worlds athletes, program coaches, and National Champions now shining across gyms everywhere.

Cougar Competitive Cheer isn’t just a program — it’s a foundation, a family, and a legacy that continues to grow wherever our athletes land!!
