This drill takes 60 seconds and fixes the No. 1 thing holding back your pirouettes 🌀

Struggling to spot your turns? You don't need more reps of the full turn — you need this drill.

Pick a spot on the wall. Keep your eyes locked on it as you rotate. Whip your head around fast, just like you would mid-pirouette. That's it.

Do it 10x a day and watch your spotting (and your turns) completely level up.
