The cardio party starts tomorrow! Is it a coincidence that endurance week falls on the last week in February in leap year? 🤔
Definitely need that long haul stamina with a whole extra day just popping up!
And while we do get lots of steady state cardio during endurance week it’s not JUST about the cardio. We ALWAYS include the opportunity to keep building strength. Typically for endurance work you’ll go lighter and plan to have larger sets. But we never neglect the strength training around here, even if it looks a bit different during endurance week!
