Heeeeey Soccer faaaaans. Our national soccer men's team plays for the honor of being the Champions of North and Central America against Jamaica in this year of our whatever 2017! 9:30 pm kickoff Wednesday night. Jamaica is really playing for pride but the USA should win. Ingredients for a fun match. Check it out Wednesday night when there's nothing left to do and maybe you'll be hooked! It's our national team. Not always the best in the World Cup, but gosh darn it the best in North and Central America!

This video has many good footwork drills that can be done at home. Good for all, for ball control and cardio. Do all, do some, but do 10 repetitions at a time, 3 times.

Concentrate on quality, not quantity. No rush. You'll be sweating in no time. A good way to start the morning every other day or so, whatever fits your schedule and tolerance.

If you don't have a ball, TJMaxx has decent ones for $10 or $12.
