Boom! We decided to go old school and take it to the streets. Adams Morgan soccer field. Nice job troops. Way to hang in there on your run. That LCC did it again!
WOD: phase 1
- run to Adams Morgan (1.3 miles)
- walking lunges half soccer field/frog hop with burpee going back.
Phase 2 - 30 sec each for 2 rounds
- buddy push-ups
- tricep dips
- jump rope
- mt. Sliders
- Russian twists with med ball
- run back home (1.3 miles)
123 Tlap! What time is it???? CRUNCH TIME!

WOD: 1 min x 4 rounds
- uphill sprints
- knee tucks /w sliders
- front and side lateral raise
- buddy alt push-ups on stepper
- frog hop/burpees
- jump rope
Ab circuit with 20 in and out jumps
Bonus - sprint Farragut park city block!
