👟This spring, every runner becomes an Olympian. 🏃‍♂️🔥

👉We’re excited to introduce the BGR Olympics—an 8-week program where boys train, compete, and grow through running and character-building. From sprints and relays to jumps and endurance challenges, each athlete works toward a celebratory Olympic-style finale where effort matters just as much as speed & endurance.

We’re building confident, resilient kids at BOYS GOTTA RUN! 💙

👟BOYS GOTTA RUN!’s final 5k run and celebration at Fletcher’s Cove Park in DC. It was a gorgeous morning with perfect weather for a fun run. So proud of these boys putting it all out there on the course. And a huge thanks to the coaches, Eric Bowers and Chris Woolfe, for getting their groups out there! And thank you to the parents for always getting your boys to early morning practices!

🏃🏽Running is not just about how fast you go, it’s about who you become along the way.
Running builds strong foundations that last a lifetime.
When boys are active at a young age, they’re not only improving their physical health, but also developing discipline, confidence, focus, and resilience!
Programs like BGR! are about encouraging them to move their bodies, challenge themselves, support one another, and discover what they’re capable of.

What started as a challenge turned into a journey! We’re proud to say THE BOYS DID IT! 🙌🏽

After 8 weeks of hard work, early mornings, and serious dedication, these young men laced up and crushed their 5K race! Every step they took was a testament to their growth, grit, and commitment to seeing it through.

This wasn’t just about running. It was about building confidence, pushing limits, showing up for each other; and proving to themselves that they’re capable of anything they set their minds to.

To the boys: You showed heart, hustle, and brotherhood. We see you. We’re proud of you. And we can’t wait to see where you run next.

Our Spring session has begun and they’re off to a super start.
We have the biggest roster to date with 12 schools and over 160 runners! And we’ve got a lot of returning familiar faces from last year.

My coaches are the best! They put in that extra effort to make the entire experience fun and memorable for these boys.
