It’s a new year with great energy and surprises. I have a full schedule and I’m challenging myself more. I think my joy says it all. Today’s color was yellow for peace. Side note : I like the checkout policy for the Smith Machine bar pad. This just needs to be moved to a scanner.

This morning, I had 2 spasms in my legs. I’m grateful for my husband as he immediately helped me. ❤️❤️❤️I regrouped, stretched longer, and then worked out. I felt 1000% better.
