DMV 3v3 Basketball

DMV's 3v3 League: Create a team of up to 6 players or join as an individual.

Players will play three 16 minute games every Sunday and receive coaching at every basket. 3 on 3 is a great way to be more involved in every play, have fun, and develop.

DMV 3v3 is back! With over 120 participants in 2019, we’re excited to offer the DMV’s premier 3v3 league again this year.

🏀 4 different leagues: ages 7-10, 11-14, 15-18, and adult league.
🏀 Create your own team, play with a friend, or sign up individually.
🏀 Group and early bird discounts available.
🏀 Play 3 games every session. League includes 6 sessions.
🏀 Youth leagues include 15 minutes of skill work with positive, qualified coaches at every basket.
🏀 DMV 3v3 shirt included.
🏀 Be more involved in every play.
🏀 Develop man to man offensive and defensive skills.
🏀 Have fun playing an Olympic sport!

DMV 3v3 and Pro Skills Basketball are hosting a High-Academic Showcase to promote the class of 2022 and 2023 in the DMV area for college coaches.

- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA
- Only 48 players will be approved to attend.

One of my favorite shooting drills of all time: Beat the Pro. +1 for a make. +2 for the “pro” if you miss. Once you consistently can beat the pro to 21, move the “pros’s” score to +3 for every miss. This is a great drill to compete when you’re by yourself working on your game.
