Last call for the founding group.

Applications for our first 200-hour teacher training close September 1. Ten weeks, September 12 through November 15, at our Eastern Market studio. Five teachers, Vinyasa and Yin. Weekends in person, weekdays on Zoom and recorded.

If you’ve been circling this one since we announced it, this is the week it gets decided one way or the other. The application is straightforward and there are no right answers on it.

One thing worth knowing before you go: the founding scholarship is still unclaimed. $1,300 toward tuition, need-based, and it’s an optional question on the application itself rather than a separate form. If cost is the thing in the way, answer it.

“200 hours” can sound abstract. Here’s what that time actually looks like.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll study teaching methodology, yoga history and philosophy, Vinyasa and Yin, assists and modifications, anatomy, and ethical and inclusive yoga.

Weekends are in person at Eastern Market, weekday sessions are on Zoom, and virtual sessions are recorded. Students may miss up to three sessions total, with a make-up weekend offered for missed in-person sessions.

One founding scholarship is still available: $1,300 toward tuition. It’s need-based, and the scholarship question is built into the application itself, not a separate form.

Still deciding? Allyssa is hosting a live Zoom Q&A this Thursday, August 27 at 7 PM.

We’re excited to announce that we will be awarding one $1,300 scholarship toward tuition for our upcoming 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training!

If you’ve been feeling called to deepen your practice, explore yoga beyond the physical postures, or take the next step toward becoming a yoga teacher, this could be your opportunity.

Our training begins September 12, and applications are open through the end of the month.

The scholarship application is included as an optional question within the YTT application for those who would like to be considered.

The founding group is coming together.
District Flow’s first 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training begins
September 12 at our Eastern Market studio. Ten weeks, hybrid, five of our teachers
across Vinyasa and Yin.
A few spots remain, so we are opening a final round of applications through
September 1.
The application takes about fifteen minutes and there are no right answers. Payment
