Mikayla is one of our “relatively” new faces in the studio and we are especially loving her stretch session after classes

What is your favorite thing to do when not in the studio ?
Eat. Or hot yoga. or eat. Does online shopping count? 💻💸

Why do you love F45?❤️💙
I love F45 for the competitive community. The intensity and training style that we see at F45 is very reminiscent for me of my days playing Division 1 soccer at Loyola Marymount University. F45 empowers me to continue to train like an athlete, and to participate in a bit of healthy competition along the way. As a personal trainer who is most often curating individualized fitness plans for my clients, it's refreshing when I get to workout without giving any thought to the programming itself. All I have to do is show up. And perhaps equally important, it's as hard as you make it.

Favorite F45 Workout?
Off top...? Abacus or 3-peat. I sound crazy as hell I know. 🃏

Would you rather switch places with a dog or a cat for one week?❓
Cats are mean (sorry not sorry). I'm not a huge dog person but they seem to have the best lives! 🐕🐶🐩
