Ten years ago I was sitting on my couch most likely with a Big Mac in one hand and a beer in the other watching the UFC on tv. I was out of shape and not looking at the big picture. But I was super intrigued by martial arts and grappling most particularly. So I took a shot and decided to try something I didn't think I ever would....
It took one class. One class and I was hooked and haven't missed
a week since. I went from weekly drinker, fast food every day, and sitting around for fun, into legitimate athlete. Looking back the transformation was amazing. I changed how I looked at health, food, energy, success, and fun. There is no doubt in my mind that my life took a new and much more fulfilling direction all thanks to Jiu Jitsu and the people I've meet along the way. Now it's my time to try to give that to as many people as I can. S T A F F
