Bootcamp kicks off this Saturday at 10:00 AM!
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get your spots set. Bring your yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, and tennis shoes. Weights are optional but encouraged!

I can’t wait to be back at one of my favorite spots with all of you again! Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned pro, you'll feel welcome here! Bring a friend or family member and let’s crush it together!

Hello!

Is everyone as ready as I am for warmer weather, lake days, fun in the sun and BOOTCAMP?? 💪

I’m really looking forward to working out with you guys again on Saturday mornings. You all are truly amazing and I’m really fortunate that bootcamp has built so many friendships!

My time up north this year will be limited (my daughter plays softball), but I plan to add Facebook events for the planned weekends I will be up. There may be additional dates, so keep your eyes on this page for details.

Reminder: These classes are for all ages/fitness levels and I make sure to safely and effectively guide you through the whole class.

Hello Northwoods Bootcampers!

I hope you have all enjoyed the fall weather. As winter approaches it tends to be a lot harder to stay motivated. It’s darker earlier, cold and we are lacking the warmth and sun our bodies love!

As we come to a close with bootcamp season, I want you all to know how grateful I am that so many of you chose to spend Saturday mornings with me at Seaman’s!

The friendships I’ve made doing something I’m passionate about are absolutely unmeasurable and you all are so special to me! My heart is so very happy, but I’m sad that Summer is coming to a close.

I want to set the record straight that Seaman’s Bootcamp will be back Summer of 2025 for a 4th season! I’m also hopeful that with my daughter’s softball schedule next year that we can fit a couple of Fall Saturdays in too!

Have a great rest of the year and I look forward to seeing you guys in 2025! ❤️💪❤️💪

Bootcampers!!! I can’t wait to see you all and kick off an amazing weekend with a sweat session! There’s so much going on this weekend. We will shoot for 45 minutes of work so you all can get ready for all of the fun! It’s a beautiful morning on the flowage! Come get your sweat on at bootcamp! 10AM! 74 degrees at start time so you can bump that up a few degrees by bringing the heat! Body weight today! Let’s go!

Bootcamp tomorrow at 10! It’s going to be a hot one but nothing we haven’t worked out in before! Let’s get the party started early for a loyal bootcampers 65th birthday! 😉 🥳

Tomorrow will be all body weight, but would be able to add weights to certain exercises if you’d like! No weights necessary!
