I have had a few people reach out to me about using the gym during the 2 week shut down. If this is something you are interested let me know and I will send a link to a Google calendar for everyone to reserve time slots. I would like to do 1.5 hour time slots starting around 9am and ending around 7pm. I will not be charging at all and will provide disinfectant to be used to disinfect all of the equipment between uses.

Group Training classes, personal training, custom strength training and diet programs and fitness clothing.

With gyms opening today many will be lifting weights or even exercising for the first time in a while and many will still be working out at home because they are not comfortable yet. The most important thing is to stay healthy while focusing on improving your body, mind and well being. If you are going back to the gym remember to be smart and not push yourself too hard on the first day. Here are some workout ideas for at home and the gym. Wanted to deadlift 3x6 at 455 today but the bar had other plans. The collar split in half after the first set so I improvised with the pvc bars a little and made a landmine attachment for the old bar. Now I just really need my new bar to come in quickly!
