A fellow gym member has just come into emergency custody of the sweetest 9 day old baby girl. Her name is Mazikeen. They don't have much for her and are unsure of how long they will have this sweet girl with them.

We will have a hamper for donations at the front of the gym! Their biggest needs right now are 0-3 mo clothes, bottles and binkies, formula, diapers and wipes. Anything at all helps ❤️

This is the purpose of our gym. To bring our community together. So, let's come together ❤️

Parents, we've had several people asking, so here it is!

We are excited to announce something we have been working on behind the scenes!

Apex is now accepting sign-ups for softball and baseball lessons! Whether your athlete is a beginner or already competing, we'd love to help them grow their skills and confidence.

Fill out the form below if interested, and a staff member will contact you to give start dates and answer any questions you have!

We've been pretty quiet on our socials recently....
