FYI. Volunteers still needed-
This is the WCWF conservation building Federation booth sign up sheet as it appears this morning. As you can see there are gaps in booth coverage. Please make an effort to ensure that the Wyoming County Wildlife Federation booth has appropriate coverage throughout the week.
The master copy is kept in the booth. You can call Dan or Brian to sign up for a booth shift or two.

The Fall Club Newsletters and raffle tickets will be going out in the mail Thursday Aug 13th. A big thank you to "all" 🤣 the members who showed up to help out tonight. The Fall Meat Shoot & Raffle will be held Sunday Oct 4th 2026, 10AM until ? Raffle drawing will take place at 1PM. Be sure to have your ticket stubs and money turned in to club by that time. Every year the club has to chase down unreturned tickets not knowing whether the person who they were issued to had sold them or not.

If any Wyoming Conservation Association club members are interested in manning the Wyoming County Wildlife Federation booth at the Wyoming County Fair there are plenty of slots available. The WCA is a member of the WCWF and the club members who used to do it are either dead or disabled. Perhaps a few of the current 200+ members could spare some time? From President Dan Kolankowski -"Good Evening everyone. We have reached that important time of the year where we spend a lot more time on outreach for the Federation. Attached is the signup for the WCWF booth in the conservation bldg. As in years past we would like a good representation manning our booth. Please consider a few slots for us to achieve that. Keep in mind the Pass the Tradition items we will be running again. For those that don't know about this, it is the sale of gently used items which are hunting, fishing, outdoors related for the Federation." PLEASE NOTE : On August 2nd trap machine will be set for shooting regular trap , not wobble trap so scores will not count as scores for the Summer Wobble Trap League. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you are shooting the league please pass this info on to others you know who are shooting the Summer league.
