Listen to the car - it knows your truth. Sometimes itโs a workout, sometimes itโs that milkshake youโve been craving all day.ย ๐
You know those moments, when youโre in the car rushing between activities, trying to mentally coordinate *all* the things, wear all the hats, and juggle all the balls?๐ฎโ๐จ
Those moments are primed for us to step back and connect with ourselves. Sometimes the busy schedules and endless to-do lists take over our presence and efforts for self-care when we need it most.
Next time you find yourself there, we challenge you to ask yourself what it is that youย wantย in that moment, then make it a priority to squeeze it into your day. Does it have to fit in perfectly? Nope! Will something else have to shift? Possibly. Will it be the end of the world? Also, no.
Some days are harder than others to prioritize, but that doesnโt make it less important. And just as it holds true about exercise โ a little self-care is better than none.
