The Exandria campaign has come to an end as the Ivory Vanguard made a stealthy entrance into the sentient ship, Dexathor, in search of the elusive wraith, Cwuvain. After a thrilling battle both above and belowdecks, they finally dispatched her with a smited blow from Cometsworn.

Just thinking (and knocking on wood) about how lucky I've been to have mostly drama-free campaigns for the last two years. Consistent schedules, fun characters, and few interpersonal conflicts. Here's to another two!

I've never been a fan of the optional flanking rule, for the reasons he lists, but definitely could see myself using the cinematic advantage a bit! Players, ask me what is in the scene (or fill in a spot that I haven't populated.)

Instead of using the optional flanking rule, offer deals to players to trade ability checks using in-world features to gain advantage on their next attack.
