Get to know Coach Rachel Grose! ☺️

“​​I am a school teacher by day and fitness instructor (in my head always) by night. I love Strive because of you guys! The people. The relationships. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey. I also love walking alongside people as you travel life’s ups and downs. Call on me if you just need an ear and/or a voice of encouragement. You are never alone in this life.

Family: I have been married to Jeff for 37 years and we have some amazing children: Lucas & Emily. Through them I am Gigi to Penelope 3 and Liam (9mo). My other two sons are Dai and Jack. Lastly, Lauren & Isaiah.

I have a deep passion for children and helping them to look a little down the road as to how they CAN be successful as they travel the tricky waters of life.
I love Jesus with all my heart and strive daily to learn and lean into Him. He is my source of strength & energy!
I am happy to walk and talk if ever you need an ear.
