Get to know Coach Meredith! 👋🏽

“I’ve been active for as long as I can remember, but it was in college where I found my love for helping others stay active as I got my degree in exercise science. After college, I moved to Tennessee to get my master’s degree in athletic training. I also happened to meet my husband and spend a decade there growing my family and working in various fitness/athletic industries. My background in athletic training and ACE personal trainer certification help me to design workouts that are challenging, but also protect and develop the body in a balanced way.

I LOVE coaching at Strive and challenging the members weekly by doing the programming, but my favorite part is the relationships I’ve built by getting to be a part of this wonderful community. I’m also a proud mama to 3 wonderful boys whom I also homeschool. I’m thankful for all the blessings in my life, but most grateful for Jesus, in whom I find my deepest joy and purpose.”
