This is a bittersweet announcement, but after much thought and reflection, we have come to the decision to close Circle Disc Golf in 2026.

What started as a small online presence and selling misprints locally turned into a greater experience than we could have ever imagined – since we opened, we’ve gotten to see the Kosciusko-area disc golf community (and surrounding ones) grow at a rate beyond anything we believed possible!

Since we opened, we’ve been able to provide support for dozens of tournaments and several leagues. We were able to sponsor 6 different course installations, run a putting competition in the middle of a Grace College basketball game, and feed countless CTPs into local events. These experiences are ones we’ll never forget.

Beyond events, this business has enabled us to make friends with countless new faces that we might never have encountered had we not opened. We’ve become a part of a wider community that we will remain a part of long after our doors close!

We’d like to issue a special thank-you to the players we sponsored over the years – George Blessing, Hannah Lengel, Hikari Iwayama, Collin Marshall, Carson Deal, Justin Peconga, Jeremy Linville, Sam Hammel, Brandon Wagoner, Trevor Kempton, Nate Woolery, TJ Faur, Max Kittle, Aaron Waggoner, Josh Wilhelm, Brandon Sink, Stuart Meade, Levi Martin, Korbin Myers, Tyler Myers, and Jacob Meulink. You guys have been at the heart of helping both Circle and the local disc golf community grow to where we are now, and we’re extremely appreciative of all of you. We’ve deepened so many relationships as a byproduct of our sponsorship program, and we’re incredibly grateful to each and every one of you for buying in to our vision for growing disc golf locally.

We’d also like to thank all the Tournament and League Directors who partnered with us to handle payouts at your events – we met so many new people through these events and got to experience courses we might not have otherwise!

Additionally, thank you to Mitchell, Simon, and Trey for working in the store over the past year and representing us so well! We never heard anything but great things from customers who interacted with you.

Lastly, we’d like to thank each customer who purchased from us over the past 3+ years – you made your mark on us, and we’re so happy to have been able to meet all of you and help provide you the plastic you need to enjoy this game we all cherish.

We haven’t set a specific date for closing yet, but we will keep you posted as we work toward finalizing those decisions. Keep an eye out for closeout sales! Additionally, if you have any interest in installing a permanent course or know of someone who does, please connect with us – we’d love to sponsor some more courses and make the baskets affordable for you while we’re still set up with the manufacturers.

We’re far from done with disc golf – we’ve got plans in the works to keep Kosciusko Disc Golf growing, organized, and a great experience for all. More to come on that soon!

One last time, thank you all for what you grew Circle into. We love you guys!

- Andy, Mary and Alaister

The final player on our appreciation post list is our sole Elite Team member, Hannah Lengel!

Hannah was the first player we approached about a sponsorship. She had already created a name for herself by winning Ledgestone in FA1 in 2021, and was clearly still on the rise.

In 2023, our first full year with sponsored players, Hannah went undefeated in FA1 (including winning AM Worlds, a Major!) and the 3 Rivers Open in FPO and cashing at the US Women’s Championships in FPO.

While much of 2024 was spent rehabbing injuries (successfully!) Hannah has had a fantastic year of competition in 2025, including an 18th-place finish at Ledgestone, a top-38 finish at the US Women’s Championships, and her first 1000-rated round, a 1015!
All in all, Hannah has 24 career wins in 47 career events, including a Major, 2 A-Tiers, and 6 B-Tiers.

During those victories, she has achieved:
- The highest PDGA rating in Indiana (FPO)
- The 24th highest FPO rating in the world (!!)

Winning aside, Hannah is a prime example of what any organization would want an athlete representing them to be. She is a tenacious competitor, gracious in defeat, and someone who is a blast to root for (and daunting to find yourself playing against).
We couldn’t be prouder to have had Hannah on the team since the beginning, and we know she’s only going to continue to climb – which should scare the entire disc golf world!

Thank you so much for all you’ve done for Team Circle, Hannah!

Next up for our appreciation posts, from the Challenger Team: Brandon Wagoner!

As a new dad, Brandon didn’t get to play quite as many events as his norm this year, but when he did, he made an impact. He had two great finishes at the Concordia Cup and the 40th Annual 3 Rivers Open, both of which had very deep MA1 fields.

Brandon is the kind of player who can (and usually will) display some of the best play you’ll see on any given day, and throw some shots that you won’t believe are possible. Despite being an incredibly gutsy player, he’s also a smart one who can dice up a course with high-percentage plays, and then will hit more C2 putts than thought humanly possible.

Brandon never plays disc golf without having fun, and is absolutely the epitome of ‘love of the game.’ We’ve loved having Brandon on the team these past two years, and can’t wait to see what the future holds for him!

Next up for our appreciation posts, from the Challenger Team: Trevor Kempton!

Trevor had a prolific year! In addition to winning his divisions at the Indiana State Doubles and March Mudness with Circle teammate Isaac Embry, he also won MA2 tournaments at Birdies on Broadway, the 40th Annual 3 Rivers Open, Broadway in Bloom, and Mishawaka Meltdown.

3RO was a particularly emphatic victory, winning by an impressive 14 strokes over a large field!

Additionally, Trevor podiumed at 2 other MA2 events and came in the top 5 at 2 MA1 events.

On top of his amazing playing year, Trevor also took over the Fulton Disc Golf Club, bringing in a lot of outside sponsors to make the league profitable for participants and enjoyable for all!
Trevor is a grinder – hard working, driven, and great at making connections. Trevor was one of the first players who became a regular when we opened the store, and we’re incredibly grateful for the friendship that came with it, even outside the sponsorship.

Thank you, Trevor! We can’t wait to see what 2026 holds for you.

Next up for our appreciation posts, from the Challenger Team: Aaron Waggoner!

This was Aaron’s first year on the team, despite us knowing him for a long time now, and we’re so grateful to have had him this year!
Aaron plays at a more prolific rate than anyone we’ve ever met, hitting 362 rounds played this year – which he considers to be a down year!

That level of consistent play led Aaron to a lot of success this season, winning 2 MPO leagues and 3 MP40 tournaments, and scoring 3 1000-rated rounds!

Aaron’s dedication to excellent and self-improvement is second to none, and his character and love of the game is infectious. We’re incredibly grateful to have had him on the team this year, and we can’t wait to see what 2026 brings for him!

Thank you, Aaron!

Next up for our appreciation posts, from the Challenger Team: Korbin Myers!

Korbin is one of the most gifted players we’ve ever had the pleasure of having on Team Circle – he absolutely crushes, and has as high of a ceiling as most anyone in Indiana!

This was Korbin’s first full season in MPO, and he had several impressive finishes – notably, 5th at the 40th Annual 3 Rivers Open and 5th at the Concordia Cup. He also shot the 3rd highest-rated round of his career, a 1025 at 3RO.

While we didn’t know Korbin well prior to this year, we got to interact with him a lot this year and we’re grateful for the opportunity! He’s a fierce competitor who also has a knack for content creation, and was able to do both throughout the year.

For Korbin, the ceiling is the limit – we can’t wait to see him progress into his MPO career, and look forward to playing with him more going forward!

Thank you, Korbin!

Next up for our appreciation posts, from the Challenger Team: Isaac Embry!

Isaac is a unique disc golfer who is not only an excellent disc golfer, but also plays ball golf at the college level! Isaac’s ability to focus on form, generate a tremendous amount of power, and excel at two sports simultaneously is something we both admire and are jealous of! He’s also one of the best C2 putters around.

Isaac is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet – incredibly generous, always willing to lend a helping hand, and is super easy to talk to. He also dove hard into the disc collecting world, and is as knowledgeable as most anyone you’ll meet, despite only having started playing in 2022 – in fact, he bought his first disc from Circle!

Despite being busy with college golf, he had a great year on the disc golf front, winning the Concordia Cup, Webster Warmup, and his division at the Indiana State Doubles. We have no doubt that Isaac will go as far in disc golf as he desires, and we can’t wait to see what comes next!

Thank you, Isaac!
