Many times the difference between my clients that succeed and those that don’t are what they do at the moment of hunger…….

Are they so hungry that they just voraciously eat anything to satisfy hunger?

Or are they deliberate at eating what their body needs (whole foods) verses what their hunger compels them (processed foods)? 🧐

Getting in shape can be challenging for many reasons, including........

1. Time commitment: People may think they need to spend hours at the gym every day to see results, but 20 minutes of physical activity a day can make a big difference.

2. Eating habits: Changing your diet to eat healthy can be difficult, especially if you're used to eating junk food. But with help we can actually change our taste buds to desire healthy whole foods that God gave us to eat.

3. Sticking to a plan: It takes commitment and determination to find a plan that works for you and your lifestyle, goals, and personality. Accountability is a game changer.

4. Patience: It will take time to see progress. Be patient, and trust the science of divine weight loss.

5. Consistency: Consistency is more important than nutrition, supplements, or squats.

6. Form: Lifting weights with improper form can lead to injury, so it's important to take the time to learn proper form.

7. Self-control: God has given you a spirit of self-control (2 Tim. 1:7).
