Getting in shape can be challenging for many reasons, including........

2. Eating habits: Changing your diet to eat healthy can be difficult, especially if you're used to eating junk food. But with help we can actually change our taste buds to desire healthy whole foods that God gave us to eat.
3. Sticking to a plan: It takes commitment and determination to find a plan that works for you and your lifestyle, goals, and personality. Accountability is a game changer.
4. Patience: It will take time to see progress. Be patient, and trust the science of divine weight loss.
5. Consistency: Consistency is more important than nutrition, supplements, or squats.
6. Form: Lifting weights with improper form can lead to injury, so it's important to take the time to learn proper form.
7. Self-control: God has given you a spirit of self-control (2 Tim. 1:7).
