Dynamic Krav Maga Krav Maga is an Israeli fighting system (not a martial art) that is based on our body's natural reflexes.

It is simple to learn and can be utilized by anyone, regardless of age, size, and strength.

Tonight we trained for real-world chaos—multiple attackers coming from different angles and controlled aggression. To take it even further, we turned the lights down and cranked the music up, adding stress and distractions just like you might face outside the gym.

Tuesday: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (beginner)
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM (advanced)
Thursday: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (beginner)
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM (advanced)
Saturday: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM (all levels)
