I'm CYO OLGC Track & Field coach.
I'm meeting with a group of CYO runners at Tamanend Park at 11:45pm.
Jog, warm up, running drills and then longer jog....
(Picnic Grove under one of the pavilions)
Our regular season begins March 1st., this practice is outside CYO program.

Anyone interested can join us !!! If you can't run ... you can walk.
