Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we need to remain closed for the foreseeable future, hopefully no longer than until May 30th 2020. Both Illinois and Wisconsin have made it very clear we are not currently allowed within our customer locations, as we have been deemed a non-essential business within a non-critical trade.
Although as of May 1st Illinois has loosened their regulations, we do not fall into any of those categories. Non-essential retail can facilitate curbside pickup orders, but no modifications have been placed upon our classification of non-essential trades.
Wisconsin's wording per Emergency Order 28 is, "...and other service providers who provide services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences, Essential Activities, Essential Governmental Functions, and Essential Businesses and Operations." As our service does not fall into that category, we are forced to remain closed.
We are eagerly awaiting the day we'll once again be allowed to resume operations. In the meantime, as always, we are grateful for your patience and understanding. We'll be posting updates as they occur.
