Wow!!! One of my obstacle course regulars was here this past weekend and her horse busted one little old noodle!!! She surprised me with a box of 6 from Amazon delivered to my front door today!!! Thank you so much Lori Bolgla for being so sweet.. It was really unnecessary but super appreciated!!!

Amenities include 4x4x8 tack closets, wood mounting block, bathroom, 60 foot round pen, 100x200 arena, 3 amazing obstacle courses and 30 acres of private fenced in maintained shady trails... We feed beautiful coastal round bales 24/7 and pelleted feed once a day in the morning... All pastures cleaned every day!!! Cost is $625.00 per month...
And for the first time ever, if it is your preference, I will accept a self care border... Owner would be responsible for all care including hay and feed... We will still provide the cleaning... Cost would be $500.00 per month... In our semi retirement we only accept 2 boarders at a time...

Used/like new 2016 durable aluminum Featherlite gooseneck horse trailer with two-horse slant load configuration. This silver and white trailer has a rear ramp and drop-down windows with bars. The rear horse compartment is equipped with Werm Flooring, padded dividers, and tack area.. Dressing room was converted to fully carpeted weekend camping quarters in 2024 with built-in cabinets, countertop, backsplash, and queen upper bunk.. The trailer has a tandem axle design with a spare tire mounted on the bulkhead, hydraulic jack and 12-volt battery. Exceptionally clean inside and out. Fully equipped for camping with electric fridge and microwave, electric AC/Heater, 50-amp, 30 amp, 110 electrical hookup, outlets, LED lighting, foam panel insulation in cabin, and porta potty.
