Got to love the sound of the gloves making contact with the mitts!!
This Prototyper does his own cardio on the outside but when we do it in the gym, it looks like this:
-jump rope
-speed bag
-mitt work
-heavy bag (combos)
-heavy bag (power punches)
-heavy bag (volume punches)
Everyone’s needs, likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses are different, so that means the workouts and programs are different.
