Happy Thanksgiving, GYM FAMILY!!!

On this day of gratitude, we want to pause and say thank you — truly — for being the heart of our gym family.

For more than 16 years, you’ve trusted us with your health, your goals, your families, and your time. You’ve shown up early, stayed late, supported one another, cheered loudly, worked hard, and believed in what we do. Because of you, we’re still here — stronger than ever — in a place we built from the ground up, doing what we love every single day.

Every milestone we’ve hit, every class we’ve added, every challenge we’ve overcome… it all comes back to the people who walk through our doors. You’ve allowed us to grow, evolve, and continue serving this amazing community, and we do not take that for granted.

Thank you for believing in us.
Thank you for trusting us.
Thank you for choosing us day after day and year after year.

We are grateful beyond words for each of you — our athletes, our families, our coaches, and our friends.

This award may have my name on it, but it belongs to every single person who walks through our doors. Thank you to every athlete, friend, and community member who supports what we do at Warrenton Functional Fitness/CrossFit Warrenton. This is about so much more than me – it’s about the family we’ve built here, the encouragement you give each other, and the way you show up for yourselves every day. I’m lucky to coach in a place filled with this much heart. The real magic is our community – the athletes who push each other, laugh together, and inspire me daily. Here’s to continuing to make a place where everyone feels like they belong.

This morning at 9am marks Coach Laura’s final class with us, and while we’re incredibly proud of the new chapter she’s stepping into, we’re going to miss her dearly. 💛

Laura has been more than just a coach -she’s been a steady, supportive, and positive presence in our gym family. Her kindness, encouragement, and attention to every athlete’s needs have left a lasting impact on all of us.

She’s now taking on an exciting new role in her family’s business, joining her niece Jacquelyn at Enlightened Styles, a boutique right here in town, and working alongside her sister Greer. We couldn’t be happier for her, and we know she’ll bring the same heart, dedication, and warmth to her new journey.

Laura, thank you for everything. You will always be a part of our family, and you will absolutely be missed!

Stop in at 9am to give her a proper sendoff, or pop by Enlightened Styles sometime soon and say hi.

Ages 8–12 (this is not concrete; inquire if interested and out of the age range)
Tuesdays & Thursdays
7:00 PM – 8:15 PM
Focus: Foundations of athletic movement, strength, and coordination in a fun and structured setting.

High School/Collegiate Athletes
Tuesdays & Thursdays
10:00 AM – 11:15 AM
Focus: Advanced training for performance—speed, agility, explosiveness, and strength to dominate in-season or off.
