ointment only: one on one. Using integrated training we will implement core, balance, reactive, and resistance training to develop and enhance Stability, Strength, and Power. Core is foundation. The core supports the spine and torso. Vital to any change of movement. Starting;stopping. Pushing;pulling. Extend;descend. Balance provides stability in an ever changing environment. Running, walking, climbing, or bringing in the groceries. Balance uses the right muscle at the right time. Reactive training prepares the body to respond quickly, react and adapt, to the working and sometimes unpredictable environment. Injury prevention. Resistance training helps strengthen tendons, ligaments, and joints. Working from the inside out. We increase core stabilization, lean muscle mass, and increase the metabolism.
