Are there any bike riders out there? My bike has been professionally tuned up and today I took it out for my first ride of the spring season! The bike ride was good, although going up the hills reminded me that I have to get reconditioned.😄 Nevertheless it was a really good ride. Have you considered the benefits of bike riding?🤔

🚨 The scale jumped up overnight?
Before you panic, remember this:
A sudden 1–3 pound increase is usually NOT body fat. More often, it's water retention caused by:
💧 Not drinking enough water
🧂 Extra sodium
🔥 Inflammation from stress, poor sleep, or intense exercise
Your body may simply be holding onto fluid while it restores balance.
Instead of obsessing over one weigh-in, focus on your habits:
✅ Hydrate
✅ Eat whole foods
✅ Watch hidden sodium
✅ Stay consistent
The scale tells part of the story—not the whole story.
