🏀 IN HOUSE LEAGUE SUNDAYS ARE BACK!

Players don’t just train they get to apply their skills in real game situations with an environment where they can improve without pressure.

Best developmental service we offer where Kids will get equal playing time, in-game feedback, adjustments, and the chance to learn how to make better decisions without pressure. Kids will learn how to make the right reads, moves, and understand how to play.

Training builds the skill. Games teach players how to use it.
📅 July 12th, 19th, 26th, August 2nd & 9th
⏰ Games start at 4 PM
📍 1767 Atlantic Highway, Warren, ME
💰 $100 for all 5 sessions

Teams will be selected randomly 1 week before the first game.

‼️We’re excited to announce that Nolan Ames will be leading weekly basketball classes at the Midcoast Athletics Center every Wednesday this summer. 🏀

Nolan isn’t just one of the best players to come out of Maine he’s Mr. Maine Basketball, Gatorade Player of the Year, and someone who knows what it takes to build your game the right way.

This is a chance for players to learn from someone who has been through the process, competed at a high level, and understands the details that separate good players from great ones.

📅 Wednesdays starting June 10 (this week)

⏰ 6PM: 1st–4th Grade Class
⏰ 7PM: Middle School All Boys Class

We are proud to announce that Nolan Ames will be training exclusively with Ben Teer Basketball at the Midcoast Athletics Center!!

Nolan is one of the most accomplished players to come out of Maine, Mr. Maine Basketball and Gatorade Player of the Year and now players will have the opportunity to learn directly from him.

Nolan will be offering:
🏀 1:1 Training
🏀 Small Group Sessions
🏀 Classes
🏀 Skill Development for all ages

Players will get the chance to work on scoring at all three levels, ball handling, footwork, shooting consistency, and competitive live reps with one of the best to ever do it in Maine.
