Hey peeps, look over here. We have officially changed our Salt & Sand Studios Facebook account to Karen McPhillips Yoga.

This officially kicks off a new "face to the world" given the Studios In Vermont, U.S. are no longer in operation.

There are no plans to have physical Studios in Wales, our new home, yoga will continue with live and in-person offerings (like the 12th September SPA Yoga event in Swansea). As soon as we have appropriate space for video/live-streaming, we'll bring fresh content to YouTube as well.
