Camp Jotoni 2026 Spring Respite
Registration is Closing Tomorrow!
Our 2026 Spring Respite Season Registration will be closing tomorrow Tuesday, February 24th! 

Registration is held on our Camp Brain portal (the same platform used for summer registration). If you already have a CampBrain account, you may continue using it. If you have difficulties with this link, registration can also be found directly through The Arc of Somerset County website or the Camp Jotoni website. There is a $35 non-refundable registration fee for this registration!

If at any point you have any questions, please feel free to contact administrative staff! Once you complete the application, you should receive email confirmation that your application has been submitted. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately.

On Monday, July 14th, Camp Jotoni was impacted by the flash flooding that swept through parts of Somerset County. We hope everyone reading this remained safe and is on the road to recovery if you experienced similar challenges.

We want to take a moment to recognize the incredible dedication of our camp team—especially our international counselors, maintenance crew, and support staff—many of whom stepped up on their night off to respond to the situation. They vacuumed water, relocated campers, and turned a stressful evening into a manageable and even uplifting experience (a little singing really does chase the blues away!).

Providing care and support during a crisis takes compassion, quick thinking, and a whole lot of heart. Our team showed all of that and more. We are deeply grateful for your efforts—thank you, Camp Jotoni staff.

Our 2-week camp session is in full swing, and campers hit the ground running as soon as they checked in on Sunday. The cabins are full of excitement, the pool is splashing, and activities are underway all across camp. We’re looking forward to two incredible weeks of friendship, fun, and summer memories at Camp Jotoni.

Day 2 of Counselor Orientation at Camp Jotoni — in the books!

Our incredible team of international counselors dove into a full day of essential training today to ensure a safe, supportive, and FUN summer for all of our campers! 💚

Topics covered today included:
✔️ Wheelchair safety & transfers
✔️ CPR & First Aid
✔️ Abuse & Neglect Prevention
✔️ And of course… POOL ORIENTATION!

These sessions are key to preparing our counselors to provide the highest level of care while making magical memories all summer long.

We’re so proud of the energy, dedication, and teamwork this group is bringing to camp — this is going to be one amazing summer! 💥

🎉 Counselor Orientation is OFFICIALLY Underway at Camp Jotoni! 🎉

Monday, June 17th marked the exciting start of our 2025 Counselor Orientation & Training — and we are beyond thrilled to welcome an incredible group of counselors from around the world! 🌎

This summer, our team is proudly represented by counselors from France, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, England, New Zealand, Ireland, the Netherlands, Australia, and of course, right here in the USA! 🇫🇷🇲🇽🇧🇷🇹🇷🇬🇧🇳🇿🇮🇪🇳🇱🇦🇺🇺🇸

We are so grateful to our amazing HR team, Moni and Rosie, for ensuring every counselor’s paperwork and onboarding files are in perfect order — we couldn’t do it without you! 🙌🗂️

After a full day of training, counselors took a well-deserved break and hit the basketball courts for a fun game of Knock Out! 🏀☀️

Let the countdown to camper arrival begin… It’s going to be an unforgettable summer! 💚

We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt appreciation to Jersey Cares and our volunteers from Daiichi Sankyo, whose tireless efforts have been instrumental in ensuring the readiness of our camp facilities for the upcoming season, including the preparation of cabins, trails, furniture, and fire pit. Their selfless contributions are truly invaluable to our organization.
