Every month I speak with women who are struggling with their fitness and weight loss.
Ninety-eight percent of those women have full time employment, and some travel at least once every month for a few days up to a week for business.
Interestingly though, their challenges are all pretty much the same. They all wanted to lose ten pounds or more, gain more energy, and just feel better.
…But when it came to their daily actions, they weren’t doing much of anything that would move them in the direction of their desires.
I mean for this next sentence to be humorous because it’s so obvious. You can’t hope to get lean and fit while sitting on the couch, watching TV and eating potato chips. “Hoping or wishing” is a good start, but the results come from doing.
It’s not much fun from my perspective, because I see the potential.
I meet women who are incredibly successful in business and other areas of life. Many with incredible knowledge and skills that impact the lives of hundreds, to thousands of people.
But when it does to themselves, they have a fraction of the impact they could have on their own health and life..
And I see women struggling with their behavioral and lifestyle choices when they could be in a much a better place.
But those results all come from consistent action, and if someone isn’t willing to commit to that, the potential for the results they can achieve is pretty low.
But the good news is that shifting ones health and getting leaner and healthier so that you enjoy life more and live longer isn’t all that complicated.
1️⃣ Decide: Truly decide what your health and fitness goals are. If they are not specific, they won’t happen.
2️⃣ Be willing to rock the boat: Change isn’t always fun or easy, but it’s always worth it.
3️⃣ Perfection doesn’t exist: Expect to make mistakes, but also learn from them.
4️⃣ Patience is a virtue: If you want to lose 20-30 pounds in a month, you might be able to do that, but you will gain the weight back and then some. There’s a right way and a wrong way. I will teach you the right way for long term sustainable fat loss.
5️⃣ The goal: The goal isn’t to lose weight. The goal is to become a lean and healthy person by doing the things lean and healthy people do.
6️⃣There’s always a cost: If you want something you don’t have its going to cost you in some way, be it time, money, or discomfort. But if you want something bad enough, you’ll find a way to get what you want every time.

How you’ll begin to shift your schedule and make time for you.
You will learn how to move and take care of your body.��You will learn how to train effectively.��You will learn how to eat for fat loss without sacrificing, starving, or eliminating foods you love.
And more.
But if you won’t show up and be willing to do the things that are necessary on a daily basis, you shouldn’t expect anything to change.
