With the season coming to end, I’d like to say that we had a pretty decent season, definitely a lot better than last year! Definitely get to race as often as hoped but every finish was inside the top 5 except for once this year.
With that being said, we’re super excited for next year and have some big plans!

Update from last night: Went out for qualifying and qualified fastest in our group! They inverted top 4 for the Heat Race putting me starting 4th. We ended up finishing 2nd in the Heat race with smoke coming from the car. Pulled the car in and it was running at 260° temp. Came to find out the ground wire on the fan broke plus we were throwing oil. Got the car fixed just in time, started 3rd in the feature, was really fast and lead all 5 laps I was out there. Had smoke pouring out from the hood so decided to shut it down and pull it in, putting us finishing 6th. We’ll do some investigating on the motor and hope it’s not hurt but overall not a terrible night!

Recap from last night: We went out for qualifying and qualified 3rd fastest in group 3, putting us starting 2nd in the Heat Race! In the Heat Race we started 2nd and finished 2nd putting us in the Dash! Started 3rd and once again finished 3rd meaning we would start 3rd in the feature. In the feature we were fast just the track is one lane so no reason to junk mine or anyone else’s stuff so we ended up finishing 4th after a pretty good night!

On a side note, JR Crew Chief (Kylee Stone) got to change her first tire that we ran for the feature!!
