What an incredible recital weekend! We are so proud of every dancer who took the stage yesterday. Your hard work, dedication, confidence, and joy truly shined in each performance, and we loved celebrating all you’ve accomplished this season.

Thank you to our amazing families, volunteers, staff, and assistants for helping make the day such a success. We are grateful for each and every one of you!

We’ve reached the final stop in our journey through the decades of our 2026 Spring Recitals, “Dancing Through Life!”

Today we celebrate the 2000s through today, bringing all the Y2K sparkle, pop hits, hip-hop influence, and modern movement styles that define the world of dance right now. From early 2000s throwback vibes to today’s trending music and choreography, this era is all about individuality, confidence, and full-out performance energy.

We can’t wait to see it all come to life on stage TODAY at our 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM shows! Get ready for two unforgettable shows as our dancers take us through the decades in Dancing Through Life!

We’re cranking up the alt-rock energy as our 2026 Spring Recitals, “Dancing Through Life” keeps moving through the decades! 💃✨

Next up… the 1990s! Our Decades Girls are bringing all the attitude and iconic pop culture energy of this unforgettable decade to the stage.

From boy band hits and pop queens to the rise of hip-hop and street style influence, the 90s were all about individuality and bold expression. Think running man, the macarena, hip-hop grooves, and freestyle movement that defined a generation of fun and flair.

Get ready for throwback vibes and nonstop energy as our Decades Girls continue leading us through time in Dancing Through Life!

From pop hits and breakdance culture to iconic moves like pop-and-lock, old-school hip-hop grooves, and big, expressive aerobic-style movement, the 80s were all about confidence, color, and having fun on the dance floor.

Think sock hops, jukebox hits, and iconic moves like the hand jive, bop, and early rock and roll swing-inspired steps that defined a generation. From poodle skirts to leather jackets, this decade is all about fun, freedom, and unforgettable rhythm.
