Last time, I showed you some clips from my senior class. We did some stretching and then we did a short circuit.
This time I’ll show you parts of a strength workout.
Jen is a professional athlete and on-camera personality, so being functionally fit and feeling confident in her appearance is super important.

Now that the weather is warming up, I’d like to add a few clients to my workout classes in the mornings. Here’s a video clip of our senior work out.

I recently attended a yoga stretch class that one of our neighbors offered, and my observation was that everyone in that room would benefit from being in my workouts regularly as well.
The yoga is offered once a month or so, but that’s honestly not enough to make any kind of a permanent change. I would recommend having three days a week of exercise with me and attending the yoga classes whenever they are offered.
