FST - Warner Robins

FST - Warner Robins "Success comes from knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming” At that time it was a summer only swim team.

WRA has developed many nationally ranked swimmers and has won many team championships. Our coaches and swimmers are members of the Georgia Recreation & Parks Association (GRPA) and United States Swimming (USS); participating in both GRPA and USA swim meets throughout the year. In 1958 an interested group of parents who wanted their children to enjoy the benefits of competitive swimming and good he

alth started what was then called the Warner Robins Warriors. Since then, the organization has changed the name to the Aquanauts, grown to a year-round program, and made its mark in the world of competitive swimming. The Warner Robins Aquanauts Swim Team is self-supported and run by the parents of the swimmers. All administrative work, pool and grounds maintenance is done by the elected officers and members of the Board of Directors and parents. Income is derived from monthly fees, fundraising and donations (WRA, Inc. is a non-profit, 501 (C) (3) organization). Financial reports are posted in the pool office monthly and are available for review. Club by-laws are also maintained and posted in the pool office. The club offers high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of the team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to international competitor. All of our coaches, as members of the American Swim Coaches Association, have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. They provide assurances that the time children spend in swimming will be quality time. We are constantly growing and training young swimmers to maintain a well rounded competitive swim team. Thank you for joining us. We are looking forward to meeting you. Please feel free to ask another member or coach any question you may have.

🇺🇸 As you enjoy the holiday weekend, make water safety a priority! 💙

Whether you’re at the pool, lake, beach, or on a boat, a few simple precautions can save lives:

👀 Always keep a close eye on non-swimmers around water
🛟 Designate a dedicated Water Watcher — distraction-free and focused on supervision
🚪 Secure and lock gates or barriers when not swimming
🚤 Always wear a Coast Guard-approved life jacket while boating

Have fun, stay safe, and make great memories this weekend! 🌊☀️
