She almost quit after the first week, but instead she kept showing up. 💙 Between raising four kids and juggling all the demands of motherhood, she continues to carve out time to invest in herself. Her consistency, determination, and willingness to push through the hard days have made her stronger with every camp, and we are so proud to celebrate her as this week's Renegade of the Week!

Why Burn?
One of my close friends who has worked out at Burn for years and now works at one, has raved about it since I’ve known her. I finally decided to give it a try and even though after a few days in I thought, “what did I get myself into?” I stuck it out. I’ve come to love it for so many reasons. As a mom of 4 kids, it’s the one time of day I can focus solely on myself and bettering myself. I love that I don’t have to think about what my workout is going to be for the day, it’s all laid out for me. Even on days where the motivation absolutely is not there, I have an amazing community of trainers and members who will push me through. There is constant support and community!
Advice for New Members?
Cliche, but don’t give up. Like I said, I went into it thinking I’ll give it a try, and I can always quit after my trial. The first day was ROUGH, the first week is even more rough. Gradually, with consistency, I wouldn’t say it gets “easier”, but you get so much stronger. When you notice yourself lifting heavier weights, or getting in more reps on conditioning days without needing a break, it all becomes worth it.
