I’m excited to begin offering Christ-centered yoga classes at Lilly Fields.

These Slow Flow classes combine gentle movement, breathwork, and faith-based encouragement to help you strengthen your body while keeping Christ at the center of your practice.

Some have asked about yoga and yoga being demonic. I have taught Christ centered yoga for 2 1/2 years. I promote the one true God and that our strength etc comes from God.

It’s not about the yoga… it never has been.

We are having a mock Yoga Class photoshoot/video shoot at the bakery. Trying to gear up for monthly classes! If anyone is available August 6th at 6:00 p.m. We would love to have you. No experience necessary. This is a gentle faith based yoga for all age groups! Should not last more than 30 minutes. Bring a mat if you have one. I would say at least 10 guests would be lovely 😍
