A new season is on the horizon.

This year has asked me to make some difficult decisions, and after a lot of reflection, I’ve decided it’s time to scale back the assisted stretching and bodywork side of Kiesha’s Wellness.

Beginning in August, my books will be reserved for my established regular clients. If you have been thinking about booking a session, July will be your last opportunity to get on my table before I close my books to new regular clients.

This wasn’t an easy choice. The truth is that I’ve been doing everything I can to keep this part of my business going, but it’s no longer financially stable iIn the way I’ve been operating it. As much as I love this work, I also have to honor what allows me to keep showing up in a healthy and sustainable way.

More than anything, I want to say thank you.

From the days of Yoga with Kiesha to what has grown into Kiesha’s Wellness. Every stretch session, every class, every cup of tea, every referral, every encouraging word, and every ounce of support has helped to build this dream. I would truly not be here without this community.

The good news? I’m not going anywhere. ❤️ You’ll still find me teaching Yoga, hosting community events, and sharing herbal wellness offerings. This is simply the beginning of a new chapter.

Macon Pride may not officially kick off until September 24th, but Pride season starts now. This summer, we’ll be hosting creative meetups, community service projects, fundraisers, and community events leading up to Macon Pride 2026.

Pride is about connection, visibility, celebration, and showing up for one another. We also encourage everyone to support the many amazing Pride festivals happening across Georgia throughout June.

Let’s make this a summer full of joy, community, and pride. ❤️

What do you think of when you hear “assisted stretching”?

When I first came across this modality I completely turned my nose up at it. Someone was going to stretch me… the yoga teacher…yea okay 🙄.

Yea… okayyyyy!

The first time I made my way to the table I was forever changed, and knew this was something I wanted to bring to as many people as my body would allow. I started in a structured corporate setting and have since taken more course work to put my little spin on a blend of PNF movement and Thai table massage.

I am constantly learning and growing with my practice and would love to introduce you to this bodywork if you haven’t experienced it.
