Mental Fitness Coach Shoutout!🌟

Congratulations to our very own Coach Luca for competing at the USGAA Nationals in Boston. Luca and his team, representing the Philadelphia GAA region, took home the Junior D Hurling National Championship defeating Milwaukee 26-24.

Luca scored 4 goals, 5 points, and provided an abundance of assists throughout the 3 knockout games.

Hurling is an ancestral Irish field sport (think field hockey meets rugby) played competitively both natively in Ireland and across the world. Scoring occurs two ways, between uprights for 1 point and in the goal for 3 points.

We had an incredible time hosting our mental fitness workshop! When coaches are mentally fit, their clients win, their businesses thrive, and the industry elevates as a whole. Thank you to every person who brought an open mind and willingness to grow.
