Vadim goes from the Code Code Foils Aluminum and HM masts straight onto the new Black Series and the difference was immediately noticeable.
He felt like he had to work significantly less and pump much less. Once he got higher on the mast, it felt like he unlocked another gear, with noticeably less drag and more glide.
Same board. Same foil. Same tail. Same fuse. Just a different mast.

Flysurfer ZAP: The Upwind Performance of a Double-Skin Parawing.

Ed from Green Hat Kiteboarding gets out on the 5M Flysurfer ZAP, Flysurfer’s take on the double-skin parawing.
The standout feature? Upwind performance. Ed was impressed by how comfortable and effortless it felt to harness in and work his way upwind, especially in the side-onshore conditions.
The trade-off is packability, the ZAP takes a little more effort to pack away. But if you’re looking to cover a lot of ground upwind before doing downwind laps, or you primarily cruise flatwater and don’t need to constantly stash the wing, the double-skin design could be a great option.

Steve Steve Martin puts the brand new Code Code Foils Black Edition mast head-to-head with the Code + mast behind the boat to see how they compare.

His first impression? Smoother, faster, and more efficient. Steve noticed the Black Edition cut through boat turbulence about the same but in general felt smoother. The black edition mast has less drag and required less effort to maintain speed. Also feeling just as stable as the + mast which is one of the stiffest masts on the market.
This was only a short test, but the difference was noticeable, and Steve says the Black Edition definitely feels faster.

Vadim and Ed finally got all three 5M Ozone .wing parawings on the water, the Afterburner, Pocket Rocket V2, and Powerpack.

With perfect wind for the 5M wings, they were able to compare the on-water feel, upwind angles, packability, jumps, handling, and tacks while getting some great drone footage along the way. A perfect day to put all three wings to the test and see how they actually feel on the water.
